Sarah Watkins before 21st December. Everyone can join the team, even if you don't expect to be in the top few on your course. You will still help by reducing the scores of runners from other clubs. This year we are reinstating subsidised runs: you pay only 3 pounds for seniors and 1 pound for juniors. So come on and let's see South Ribble in the final where we belong!
