The BOF training day this year will be at Stickle Pike & Caw (open fell), Lake District, Saturday April 21st 2012. The session will be sometime between 9.30am to 3pm. The cost for the session will be £5 adults, £2 juniors. Planned exercises will be available at TD Levels 3, 4 & 5. This will be excellent preparation for the 2012 British Championships.
