We are fast approaching a double-header weekend, with the SROC North West Night League event at Nicky Nook on Saturday 30th November. Final Details are available now, enter via SiEntries. Autumn Series draws to a close

Today's event, held in the popular Williamson Park, was the last in the current series. There was a good turnout of mainly new people to the sport, which is always encouraging to see. Results may be viewed here, and RouteGadget for the event is here.

Morecambe night street event

The Morecambe street event was affected by the motorway closure that night, so we delayed publishing routes before late runners had had a chance to compete. Results are now on-line here, and RouteGadget here.

Morecambe Urban - Entries open

The event is in the final 2024 NWUL (NorthWest Urban League). It takes place on Sunday 1st December. All courses use the pedestrianised town centre and surrounding residential streets as well as passing iconic buildings such as The Midland Hotel and Winter Gardens.  Entries are open , just follow the link Sientries  we are looking forward to welcoming you to sunny Morecambe. Autumn Series event 2, Beacon Fell

With well over 100 competitors this could be the most popular SROC local event yet! A good mix of seasoned orienteers and newcomers/returners enjoyed the perfect conditions at Beacon Fell today. Results are om-line here, and RouteGadget here. There was one item of lost property not yet accounted for: a compass was handed in by a competitor who found it somewhere on the fell.
