The first session attracted 35 people who enjoyed a choice of physical training or orienteering games. These sessions will take place each week on the same day at the same time. Don't worry if you can't make every session, just come when you can. The sessions are intended to cater for all abilities of fitness and provide a good opportunity to socialise. As you can see from the
