Whitbarrow Replacement event

Martin Bagness has sent through some details for the event on Loughrigg which he is planning on March 5 to replace our Whitbarrow event which is unable to go ahead due to lack of permissions. This will complement the event that Masterplan adventure are putting on on Saturday March 4. Both are entered via SI entries. Please see under fixtures for more details.
