Torver High Common District Event 2nd November

What a fantastic day in the Lakes! The weather played ball this weekend, unlike last, and a true test of orienteering skills on a classic open fell area was had by all. There was some close competition in the Yvette Baker Trophy. Preliminary results are now available here, and preliminary Yvette Baker scores are here. RouteGadget for the event is here. All Club Captains should check their teams' results and notify results@sroc.org of any changes as soon as possible. No doubt because of the excellent weather we were surprised by the numbers who turned out, and we apologise to anyone who had to give up their map or indeed use a second hand one. Anyone who gave up their map will get a copy sent on, if details were left at the event. Any photos of the event would be welcome, for addition to our gallery. Please email them to webteam@sroc.org.
