This year the BOF coaching day takes place in the beautiful woods of Blakeholme, near Newby Bridge, not used for orienteering for several years. Date and time: Saturday April 16th (9.30am to 3pm) 2011. A day of coaching for club groups and individuals in the Lake District at its best (great technical options, & very runnable). There will be exercises suitable for technical level 3 - Orange, level 4 – Light Green and level 5 - Green +.
