Summer Sprint event 2, Halton

Damp conditions for the Prologue did little to reduce the enthusiasm of participants in the second sprint event yesterday evening, held on a new ISSOM map of Halton near Lancaster. Our picture shows that the rain had stopped in time for the Final as we see the orderly queue waiting to start. Several Halton residents took us up on the offer of a free try, and The Centre Coffee Shop opened specially for our benefit. many thanks to The Centre staff for being so accommodating.
